Replica Solutions was formed in 2009 by a group of ex-Woolworths group retail experts & print industry leaders, initially to provide the home entertainment industry with a consolidated dummy display sleeve service - something that had been lost with the demise of Entertainment UK, Woolworth's Home Entertainment category management & distribution company.

Replica quickly expanded its client and product portfolio to become a fully fledged graphic design & print management agency.

Our focus has always been on making sure the right materials land in store at the right time, presented in such a way that makes it as easy as possible for store colleagues to implement. A large amount of Retail Display POS never makes it on display at the intended time due to packs being mislaid in store or lack of clarity for colleagues as to what they need to do with the materials.

In 2016 we merged with TCW Solutions, an industry leading print production company. Combining the two businesses' expertise has enabled us to enhance the service we offer to our clients, particularly around delivering strategic point of sale solutions extremely quickly to the retail market.

Early 2018 saw our group take the next step in our expansion; we opened a dedicated production site in Dartford with two high-speed reel-fed inkjet digital presses & finishing lines, as well as traditional sheet-fed digital presses. This brought our capacity to produce unique double-sided prints to over 10 million units a week. This technology is perfect for high-volume personalised mailing projects. We operate a 24 hour production schedule producing over 4 million units each week.

In late 2018 we added Web-To-Print Portal development to our list of services, allowing our clients to enjoy fully automated variable data print and static print solutions, employing touchless workflows and a much more ‘hands off’ approach to generating, reviewing and releasing variable data and personalised production. This has since expanded to cover automated data processing solutions for parts of the overall process that exist outside of print, giving our customers a more complete solution for their business.

During 2019 we invested in XMPie's Cross Media package, expanding our abilities to deliver beyond print, ie via email, web & SMS, increasing the options for getting personalised communications and targeted marketing to the recipients for our clients.

Our most recent development has seen the production floor in Wrotham (Kent) re-open with brand new reel-fed and flat-bed digital printing and finishing kit. This has expanded our capabilities to include a much larger variety of substrates and to cover projects requiring a mix of small and large format production solutions.
